This part is about us understanding what you want. Most of the time this is not straight forward. When you say you want the flyer, the important question is what precise effect the flyer should have on your business, and then, how you want it to effect your target audience. We love to design, but given the fact that our designers have a background in psychology, what we are actually more interested in is getting people (your clients) to do what you want.
We create graphic proposals based on our research and what you supply. This is the creative process in which you can get involved more or less, depending on your preference and the contribution you can make. Most of the time we lock our designer into a room for a night or three, until he creates a powerful design.
In the end we provide you with the design in all the formats you need, if you wish we also help you find a place to print it in good quality. We store the designs so you can come back to us and have changes made for future campaigns or to improve the designs during your campaign.
You don’t directly see much of this, but every design needs a lot of research. We look into your competitors, into your market's demographics and all info we can find on your target audience. We use psychology and semiotics to understand how something must be in order to be meaningful to those who you care about.
Once we have a graphic proposal we discuss it with you and see what needs to be changed. Usually we will agree on three revisions, but in most cases we don’t need that many. We have formalized this part of the process to a great extent so you can give meaningful feedback and so you fully understand the cleverness of what we have created.
